or we do have a set menu. I cook a different set menu every day using seasonal products. The ingredients come from the estate itself or from local shops. The set menu usually consists of a veggie starter, a meat or egg main course and, for dessert, home-made ice cream. Most of the dishes I cook come from my mother’s and grandmother’s recipe books.
